Are you detail-oriented, organized, and good with numbers? Do you have experience managing cash and handling store administration? If yes, Jumbo is looking for a dedicated Admin Controller to join their team!
As an Admin Controller (Supervisor), you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store’s cash desk, banking, and administrative tasks. You’ll also step in as Assistant Manager when needed, making you a key part of the management team.
✔ Daily Cash Management – Oversee store banking, balance tills, and prepare money for collection.
✔ Store Administration – Maintain accurate records, process transactions, and file reports.
✔ Staff Supervision – Conduct spot checks, coach cashiers, and ensure high service standards.
✔ Customer Service – Assist customers when needed and handle concerns professionally.
✔ Store Operations Support – Ensure the store runs smoothly, is well-organized, and meets company standards.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role that requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of retail administration.

✔ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
✔ Experience in one or more of the following roles:
🔹 Admin Manager
🔹 Supervisor
🔹 Assistant Store Manager
🔹 Finance Assistant
✔ Must live within 20km of the store
✔ Clear criminal record

💰 Cash Handling & Banking: Ensure all cash transactions are correct and secure.
📊 Store Administration: Keep financial records updated and manage daily reports.
👥 Supervising Staff: Support and train cashiers, ensuring they follow procedures.
📋 Audits & Spot Checks: Regularly check lay-byes, tills, and transactions for accuracy.
📝 Filing & Documentation: Keep track of store paperwork and financial documents.
🏪 Store Support: Help maintain a well-organized and efficient store.
🔄 Stepping in as Assistant Manager: Take charge when needed and support the Store Manager.
