What You’ll Be Doing: Your Daily Tasks

Admin and Office Support

  • Answering emails and phone calls with professionalism
  • Updating internal spreadsheets and digital records
  • Helping prepare documents and coordinate bookings
  • Organising digital files and shared folders

Finance Tracking

  • Forwarding invoices to the bookkeeper
  • Helping monitor payments, refunds, and supplier invoices
  • Keeping finance spreadsheets up to date

Procurement and Supplier Liaison

  • Ordering office supplies when needed
  • Coordinating with suppliers and service providers
  • Scheduling collections, maintenance, and other logistics

Website and Scheduling Support

  • Updating website content monthly (like events or news)
  • Managing the Director’s diary and team calendars
  • Assisting with new tools or systems (e.g., QuickBooks)
