What Is a Flexi Store Assistant?

What Will You Do?

Cash Handling & Accuracy

• Work on the till and handle money the right way
• Make sure there are no mistakes with cash or card transactions
• Follow daily banking and cash-up rules properly

Stock Control & Store Organisation

• Make sure shelves are neat and products are where they should be
• Help with weekly stock checks and customer orders
• Keep the storeroom clean and organised
• Do shoe pairing exercises to make sure displays look great

Customer Service & Sales

• Help customers find what they’re looking for and give expert fashion advice
• Build strong relationships with shoppers

What Do You Need?

• Matric / Grade 12 (this is a must)
• 6 months to 1 year of retail experience, especially in fashion or luxury brands
• Love for fashion, especially shoes, style, and helping people
• Must be flexible—you may need to work weekends or public holidays
