Your Role at Kurt Geiger

As a Permanent Store Assistant, you’ll be one of the most important parts of the customer’s shopping experience. You’ll represent the Kurt Geiger brand by ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome, personalized attention, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Handling and Accuracy

Manage all cash desk operations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Handle manual transactions and banking procedures efficiently.
Ensure cash controls are correct at all times with zero variances.

Stock and Store Management

Follow daily stock management procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
Assist with weekly stock counts and ensure products are displayed properly.
Organize storerooms and complete shoe pairing exercises to maintain quality presentation.
Handle customer orders quickly and accurately.

Customer Service and Sales Support

Deliver a first-class shopping experience through friendly and knowledgeable service.
Share expert product knowledge to help customers find the perfect fit and style.

What You Need to Qualify

Matric / Grade 12 certificate (essential).
