Department: Operations – Stores

Location: Cosmo Mall, Gauteng, South Africa

As a Sales Assistant, your main goal is to provide superior customer service and achieve optimum turnover results. You will help with the daily operations of the store, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your tasks will include:

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, helping them find what they need and ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
Sales Targets: Achieve daily, monthly, and weekly sales targets to help the store meet its goals.
Merchandise Presentation: Keep the store looking great by replenishing merchandise and ensuring effective presentation.
Store Operations: Assist with stock room management, markdowns, and Lay-bys, and ensure effective implementation of store layout and company policies.
Asset Protection: Help protect all assets, including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers.

📚 Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you need:

Education: Matric (Grade 12)
Experience: Previous sales experience is required.
Skills:
