As an EPWP General Worker, you will be part of the Midvaal Local Municipality team, ensuring smooth operations and a clean environment in various sections. Here are the details:

- R140.85 per day (EPWP General Worker daily rate)
🎓 Requirements:
- Grade 10 (essential)
- Grade 12 (added advantage)
- Valid Driver’s License (added advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual)
- Must reside within the Midvaal area
- Good physical health and ability to do physical work
- At least 1 year of experience as a general worker in Engineering Services (Water, Purification, Sewer, Electrical) within Local Government Authority
🛠 Duties and Responsibilities
As an EPWP General Worker, you will:
- Load and Off-load Materials: Handle materials and equipment safely using protected hands and safety tools.
- Traffic Management: Put out traffic signs to warn traffic about workers next to municipal roads during excavation work.
- Clean Working Areas: Use various manual labor tools to ensure a clean environment in and around the work area.
- Assist with Labor-Related Work: Perform any labor-related tasks as requested by the supervisor or superintendent.
- Follow Instructions: Execute all legal instructions from the supervisor to ensure productivity and smooth running of the section.
- Perform Ad Hoc Tasks: Carry out any other related tasks and duties as required by management from time to time.
