As a Stock Controller, you are the heartbeat of the store’s back-of-house operations. Your mission? To ensure that the right products are always available at the right time—so the client experience on the floor is seamless, exclusive, and unforgettable.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

📦 Stock & Inventory Management

• Organize and maintain a perfectly arranged stockroom.
• Receive, prepare, and replenish merchandise with speed and accuracy.
• Update the store on new arrivals and exceptional items.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and manage My Product Requests (MPR).
• Support stock counts, minimize shrinkage, and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle reservations and client deliveries.
• Manage store drawer allocations and ensure perfect inventory accuracy.

🔍 Audit & Compliance

• Maintain accurate product locations both on the floor and in stock.
• Follow internal audit guidelines and company policy.

💁 After Sales Support (where applicable)

• Manage repairs, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Provide top-tier after-sales client experience.

👗 Store Integration

• Actively participate in team briefings and assist on the sales floor as needed.
• Support Client Advisors to maximize client engagement.
• Embody and uphold Louis Vuitton’s grooming and behavioral standards.
