💎 What You’ll Do

As a Stock Controller, you are the heartbeat of the store’s back-of-house operations. Your mission? To ensure that the right products are always available at the right time—so the client experience on the floor is seamless, exclusive, and unforgettable.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

📦 Stock & Inventory Management

Organize and maintain a perfectly arranged stockroom.
Receive, prepare, and replenish merchandise with speed and accuracy.
Update the store on new arrivals and exceptional items.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and manage My Product Requests (MPR).
Support stock counts, minimize shrinkage, and resolve discrepancies.
Handle reservations and client deliveries.
Manage store drawer allocations and ensure perfect inventory accuracy.

🔍 Audit & Compliance

Maintain accurate product locations both on the floor and in stock.
Follow internal audit guidelines and company policy.

💁 After Sales Support (where applicable)

Manage repairs, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Provide top-tier after-sales client experience.

👗 Store Integration

Actively participate in team briefings and assist on the sales floor as needed.
Support Client Advisors to maximize client engagement.
Embody and uphold Louis Vuitton’s grooming and behavioral standards.
