This programme is designed for unemployed individuals who want to build a career in retail merchandising. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, you will learn the skills needed to succeed in the industry. If you excel during the learnership, you may even land a permanent job with Meridian Group!
As a learner, you will:
✅ Receive NQF Level 2 & 3 accredited training (Retail Merchandising).
✅ Work in real retail environments to gain practical experience.
✅ Be mentored by industry professionals.
✅ Get the chance to secure a full-time job after completing the programme.
To apply, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
✔️ Basic numeracy & literacy skills
✔️ NQF Level 2: Completed Grade 10 or higher
✔️ NQF Level 3: Completed Matric
✔️ Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
✔️ Must be able to travel to and from stores
