As a MiWayLife Sales Agent, your core role is to sell long-term life insurance over the phone. But more than that, you’ll:

✅ What You Need to Qualify

• Matric (Grade 12) – that’s your golden ticket!
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Outbound Call Centre selling long-term insurance
• Fluent in English plus one other South African official language
• Clean criminal and credit record
• Familiar with FAIS Fit & Proper qualification requirements
• Know your way around a computer
• Ready to work overtime if needed to crush your targets!
