🔧What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:

As a Repair Shop Assistant, you’ll be the go-to helper in the workshop. You’ll support the technicians and mechanics with tasks that keep the vehicles running smoothly and the garage running like clockwork. Here’s what your job will include:

• Help technicians repair vehicles – follow instructions and be eager to learn.
• Take out or replace parts like bumpers, filters, wheels, and more.
• Use a jack to lift cars safely and place them on trestles (metal stands).
• Help change oil and lubricate car parts (under supervision).
• Assist with removing and replacing tyres and wheels.
• Change air and oil filters when needed.
• Support the team with general vehicle repairs and inspections.
• Help diagnose brake problems and change brake parts.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) on both new and used cars to make sure everything is perfect before the car is sold.
• Remove and fit car batteries.
• Clean car parts and help with general housekeeping in the workshop.

📚Minimum Requirements to Apply:

• Education: You must have passed Grade 12 (Matric).
• Criminal Record: You must have a clear criminal record.
