What You Will Be Doing Every Day

As a Foundation Programme Coordinator, you will support different programs that help young people prepare for jobs. Your role will include both office work and working with people.

Programme Support

  • Help run programs that focus on reducing youth unemployment
  • Assist in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events
  • Keep records of participants and program activities
  • Communicate with stores about candidates attending work experience

  • Support the Programme Manager with daily tasks
  • Respond to emails and questions from stakeholders

Application and Onboarding Support

  • Help candidates apply for programs
  • Guide them through the application process
  • Check that all documents are correct and complete
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation for selected candidates

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Collect and analyze data about the program
  • Help prepare reports and presentations
  • Support efforts to improve the program

What You Need to Apply
