📦 Stock Management

• Receive and unpack stock correctly so that the sales floor stays full and fresh.
• Make sure stock levels are well managed through stock takes, loss prevention, and keeping enough stock on hand.
• Keep the stockroom neat and organized – always clean and up to standard.
• Help with authorizing product returns, damages, breakages, and cellular repairs.

📈 Growing Sales & Profits

• Use reports to understand how the store is performing and work with the manager to improve sales.
• Monitor which products are doing well, and give feedback to Head Office for better stock and sales planning.
• Keep an eye on competitors and think of new ways to bring more people into the store.
• Boost performance in Mr Price Money products like credit, insurance, and mobile plans.

🛡️ Risk & Compliance

• Help the manager do regular checks to make sure the store follows all rules and safety procedures.
• These checks include admin tasks, audits, point-of-sale reports, health and safety, hanger counts, and more.

🧍‍♀️ Customer Experience Management

• Make sure all customer service procedures are followed so that shoppers always have a great experience.
• This includes applying markdowns, promotions, visual standards, and responding to customer feedback.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation daily.

👥 Leading the Team

• Motivate and lead the store team to hit performance goals and follow the company’s values.
• Identify training needs and help team members grow through coaching and support.
• Help with hiring, performance reviews, and staff development based on Mr Price policies.
