Your Role: What You’ll Do

Do You Qualify?

To join the Mr Price team, you’ll need the following:

  • Educational Qualification: A minimum of Grade 12.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer care experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Knowledge:
    • Understanding of the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI).
    • Familiarity with ICASA regulations and online purchasing processes.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
