Key Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant, your duties will include:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date profiles for clients and panel members in line with company policies.
Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient functioning of the MHR Office.
Filing documents in a systematic and organized manner.
Supporting payroll-related processes and demonstrating basic knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

What You Need to Qualify

Education Requirements

Essential: Grade 12 (Matric).
Preferred: A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration.

Experience Requirements

Essential: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRS, and Moodle.
Strong organizational skills for filing and record management.
Basic understanding of payroll processes.
