💼 Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

✔️ Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and medical staff.
✔️ Handle patient admissions and verify medical scheme details.
✔️ Manage billing, payments, and administrative tasks.
✔️ Operate the switchboard and direct calls professionally.
✔️ Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
✔️ Provide person-centered customer service at all times.

🎯 What You Need to Qualify

✅ Matric Certificate (or NQF Level 4 equivalent).
✅ Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5) – Advantageous.
✅ 1-2 years of receptionist experience (preferably in a hospital or clinic).
✅ Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
✅ Knowledge of Medical Schemes and hospital billing processes.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
