✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Specialist Sales Associate for VAS, you will:
- Be the face of VAS Products (Media & Insurance) in-store
- Deliver an amazing customer experience by understanding and meeting client needs
- Drive sales by offering tailored insurance and media products
- Hit and exceed your sales targets
- Overcome customer objections with top-tier communication and persuasion
- Stick to the National Credit Act (NCA) and POPIA to ensure legal and ethical practices
- Adapt to flexible work schedules and thrive in a fast-paced retail space
🎯 What You Need to Apply:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Sales experience – must-have
- Experience in the Insurance or Media industries – advantageous
Skills & Traits:
- Sales-driven with a proven track record of smashing sales targets
- Top-notch customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication – written and verbal
- Tech-savvy – MS Office and able to learn quickly
