The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is looking for Parking Wardens (Attendants) to help manage traffic flow and assist visitors in the parking areas. 🚦 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Parking Attendant at CTICC, your role is to ensure smooth parking operations and provide excellent service to visitors.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Monitor Parking Equipment: Perform daily checks to ensure ticket machines, booms, and other systems are working.
✔️ Assist Visitors: Help guests enter and exit parking areas with ease.
✔️ Manage Traffic Flow: Assist at road closures during major exhibitions and conferences.
✔️ Report Faults Promptly: Notify the team about faulty machines to prevent disruptions.
✔️ Ensure Safety: Monitor for suspicious activity and protect vehicles.
✔️ Maintain Parking Systems: Keep entry booms stocked with tickets and clean parking machines daily.
✔️ Provide Directions: Guide clients to the correct parking areas.
✔️ Stay Visible: Always be available to help visitors.

📌 What You Need to Apply

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

🔹 Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4)
🔹 Grade 10 will be accepted (but you must complete Grade 12 within 2 years of employment)
🔹 Previous parking experience
🔹 Background in the hospitality industry is a plus
