Make sure to gather and upload the following documents with your online application:

Copy of Matric Certificate: Ensure it’s a clear, certified copy.
Copy of Identity Document: A certified copy is required.
Proof of Residence or Affidavit: A document that verifies your current address.
Affidavit from the Commissioner of Oath: This affidavit must indicate that you have not previously benefited from the Department of Health bursary system at the KZN College of Nursing.

Important: Failure to upload all the required documents will result in the disqualification of your application.
