Are you an unemployed South African youth looking to grow your skills and enter a professional career? The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA), in partnership with merSETA, is offering an exciting 12-month Learnership Programme in Automotive Sales & Marketing – and applications are open now!

This learnership includes practical training, theoretical education, and ends with a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification – all while gaining experience in a growing industry. Best of all? It’s FREE – and no prior experience is needed!

🧑‍🔧 What You’ll Learn

Through this dynamic programme, you’ll gain industry-relevant skills in:

• Automotive car parts sales & marketing
• Customer service techniques for the auto retail sector
• Inventory & stock control systems
• Using point-of-sale (POS) software
• Workplace readiness skills like communication, business ethics & teamwork

✅ Minimum Requirements

You must:

• Be 18 to 35 years old
• Be a South African citizen
• Have a certified Matric certificate
• Be unemployed
• Not have done any learnership before
• Be willing to commit for the full 12-month duration
• Have a certified South African ID
• Provide all certified documents (not older than 6 months)
