🔍 Job Overview: What You’ll Do

As a Cleaner at Ampath, your role is more than just cleaning. You’ll be part of a supportive team that helps keep the lab or depot neat, safe, and organized for patients and healthcare professionals.

Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning the depot, lab, and workspaces according to hygiene standards.
• Delivering test specimens and results between the pre-lab and main lab.
• Assisting with messenger or foot-runner tasks when required.
• Helping with small admin duties to support the staff.
• Maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients to keep a positive image of Ampath.

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you need:

• Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Matric)
• South African ID or valid SA work permit
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA)

You do not need prior job experience – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
