About the Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide critical support to the Operations Manager, ensuring that daily operations, office management, and executive tasks run efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary and Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage time efficiently.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize transport, travel, and accommodation for business trips.
  • Document Preparation: Compile, edit, and review presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Manage filing systems (digital and physical), document typing, formatting, and organization.

This position is essential to keeping operations smooth and ensuring that the leadership team can focus on strategic tasks while you manage the details.


Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Matric certificate is essential; relevant administrative qualification is beneficial.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; tech-savvy and system proficient.
  • Transport: Reliable means of transport.
  • Availability: Willingness to work after hours and on weekends when required.
