As a Manufacturing Excellence & Capability Lead, you’ll play a key role in improving factory performance by reducing waste, boosting productivity, and ensuring high-quality ice cream production. This is a leadership role, meaning you’ll work closely with different teams to make real changes in the factory.

What Will You Be Doing? (Your Key Responsibilities)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

✅ Improving factory performance – Reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth production.
✅ Leading continuous improvement programs – Identify problems, find solutions, and train teams.
✅ Driving cost efficiency – Help factories save money while maintaining high standards.
✅ Boosting safety & quality – Ensure that products meet safety, health, and environmental standards.
✅ Managing digital transformation – Use new technology to improve factory operations.
✅ Coaching and training teams – Help workers develop new skills to enhance productivity.
✅ Standardizing best practices – Implement new ideas and share successful strategies across different factories.

What You Need to Apply (Qualifications & Experience)

🔹 Education: University degree (preferably in engineering).
🔹 Experience: 5+ years in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
🔹 Technical Knowledge: Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, WCM, or UMS.
