Who Can Apply for the FNB Learnership?

To qualify for the FNB Youth.Mobi Learnership Programme 2025, you need to meet these requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Aged between 18 and 34
  • Currently unemployed for at least 6 months
  • Have Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 5/6 qualifications
  • Not registered for any current studies
  • Have less than 12 months of part-time or casual work experience
  • Not have worked at FirstRand or been part of the FirstJob programme
  • No criminal or negative credit record
  • Able to speak, read, and write English well
  • Ready to commit to 12 full months
