Be a South African citizen
Aged between 18 and 34
Currently unemployed for at least 6 months
Have Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 5/6 qualifications
Not registered for any current studies
Have less than 12 months of part-time or casual work experience
Not have worked at FirstRand or been part of the FirstJob programme
No criminal or negative credit record
Able to speak, read, and write English well
Ready to commit to 12 full months
