What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate: A solid educational foundation is essential.
HPCSA Registration: Must be registered as a qualified Laboratory Assistant.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications is necessary.

Preferred Experience:

Specimen Reception: Experience in a busy specimen reception department is highly desirable.
Handling Queries: Comfortable with addressing challenging client queries and situations.
Sample Management: Familiarity with sending and receiving samples using Meditech shipping batches.
Report Management: Experience managing on-hold lists and incomplete reports.
Telephonic Results: Skilled in providing telephonic results to clients.
System Knowledge: Experience working on Skylims is an advantage.
