Job Overview:
As a Cleaner at Broll Property Group, your main role will be to ensure that our buildings, equipment, and fixtures are clean, well-maintained, and presentable. You’ll perform a variety of cleaning tasks, helping to create a pleasant environment for our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Cleaning Tasks:
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust and wash walls, doors, tables, and light fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, and showers.
- Regularly refill soap, toilet paper, and towel dispensers.
- Empty trash bins and maintain waste receptacles.
- Pick up litter inside and outside as needed.
- Team Coordination:
- Assist service personnel and company staff when required.
- Communicate with management about any cleaning issues or needs.
- Professional Relations:
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with clients and visitors.
- Ensure the facility remains secure during and after cleaning tasks.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.
- Keep management informed about any significant problems or concerns.
