🛍️ What’s the Job About?

PEP is one of the biggest clothing retailers in South Africa. If you’ve ever walked into a PEP store, you’ll know the vibe is always buzzing! That’s because of the Dynamos – that’s what they call their awesome team members. Dynamos are people who work hard, have fun, and make sure customers leave the store happy.

  • Run the till – handle payments, give change, and make sure the cash register area stays clean.
  • Keep the store neat – tidy shelves, clean up the floor, and make the space welcoming.
  • Show off the products – know what’s in store, promote current deals, and help set up displays.
  • Handle stock – receive deliveries, unpack items, and keep track of what’s in the store.
  • Follow safety and store rules – make sure things run smoothly and securely.
  • Work with your team – PEP loves teamwork, so being friendly and helpful to co-workers is a must.

  • You’re honest and trustworthy, especially when handling cash
  • You’re comfortable working part-time hours (up to 27 hours a week)

  • Have a real passion for retail and helping others
  • Love working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy talking to people
