📦 Job Overview: What You’ll Do as a Packaging Attendant

As a Packaging Attendant, your role will be to keep the production line running smoothly by managing packaging and reducing damages. Your job is important in making sure that PepsiCo products reach customers in perfect condition.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the conveyor running smoothly by quickly handling any packaging damages.
• Help meet daily production targets by keeping up with the packaging process.
• Work with machine operators to maintain a steady workflow.
• Report any issues to supervisors to prevent production delays.
• Follow strict food safety rules to protect product quality.
• Wear protective gear (PPE) and follow safety rules to keep yourself and others safe.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized following 5S principles.
• Support the production team whenever needed.
• Assist during machine breakdowns to reduce downtime and keep production running.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this job, you need to have:

• Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF 4 equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
