As a Contact Centre Trainee, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with customer queries. You’ll need to be friendly, professional, and able to solve problems quickly. The goal is to give every customer a positive experience.
If you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail, the Autoglass Trainee position is for you. You’ll learn how to install, repair, and replace vehicle glass on different types of cars. This is a technical role that requires focus, accuracy, and a passion for quality work.
In this role, you’ll work at the Fitment Centre’s front desk, helping customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll handle sales, assist the team, and make sure all business processes are followed correctly. You may even act as a team leader when the Fitment Centre Manager is unavailable.
This role is perfect for individuals interested in HR or Finance. You’ll assist with administrative and operational duties, supporting the teams to ensure the company runs smoothly.
