What Does the Role Entail?

As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are well-stocked, beautifully displayed, and priced to attract customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a fantastic shopping experience and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpacking and organizing stock.
• Keeping shelves neat and fully stocked.
• Creating eye-catching displays for promotions and seasons.
• Maintaining stock records and monitoring inventory levels.
• Removing damaged or expired products.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries.

What Do You Need to Apply?

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Matric Certificate (National Senior Certificate or equivalent).
• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or customer service.
• Fluent in English.
• Live within 15km of the store.
• A clear criminal record.
• Own a smartphone with at least 10GB of storage and a Vodacom SIM (if selected).

Additional Preferences (Not Mandatory):

• South African candidates preferred.
• Prior experience in merchandising or a similar field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
