What Does the Role Entail?

As a Merchandiser, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are well-stocked, beautifully displayed, and priced to attract customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a fantastic shopping experience and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Unpacking and organizing stock.
Keeping shelves neat and fully stocked.
Creating eye-catching displays for promotions and seasons.
Maintaining stock records and monitoring inventory levels.
Removing damaged or expired products.
Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries.

What Do You Need to Apply?

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Matric Certificate (National Senior Certificate or equivalent).
Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or customer service.
Fluent in English.
Live within 15km of the store.
A clear criminal record.
Own a smartphone with at least 10GB of storage and a Vodacom SIM (if selected).

Additional Preferences (Not Mandatory):

South African candidates preferred.
Prior experience in merchandising or a similar field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
