Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Process till transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Promote available services like airtime and utility bill payments.
- Maintain stock hygiene standards and replenish stock on the sales floor.
- Provide product knowledge to customers and suggest alternatives when necessary.
- Minimize shrinkage by adhering to corporate policies and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Keep the till point clean, safe, and organized.
- Demonstrate self-discipline with punctuality, hygiene, and adherence to dress code policies.
What Do You Need to Apply?
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Reside within 15km of the job location.
- Clear criminal record.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
