📋 Key Responsibilities

As an Administrator at Pick n Pay, you will be handling important tasks, such as:

✅ General Administration & Customer Account Processing

Resolving queries and ensuring all documents are accurate
Processing customer transfer notes for both GLS & Chep

✅ Stock Management & Investigation

Conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock counts
Checking and fixing incorrect equipment quantities in SAP
Making sure product packaging matches correctly

✅ Reporting & Documentation

Updating the Inbound Handover Sheet daily with accurate data
Collecting and organizing all necessary documents
Capturing vendor return data and logging escalations when needed
