Looking for a full-time job with flexible working hours? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with products and displays? Pick n Pay Liquor is hiring Merchandisers to join their growing team.

This is a fixed-term contract (4 months) with 5 shifts per week, offering you the chance to work in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a passion for customer service, sales, and creating eye-catching displays, this is the perfect job for you!

🛍 What Does a Merchandiser Do?

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring shelves are fully stocked, displays look great, and products are priced correctly to attract customers and boost sales. Your role is key to making the store look inviting and ensuring customers can easily find what they need.

🔹 You may need to work across multiple stores in a specific area.
🔹 You must have a smartphone to be considered for this role.
🔹 You will need to upload copies of your Matric Certificate, ID, SARS Letter, and Bank Confirmation Letter when shortlisted.

📋 Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

✔ Stock Management: Count stock, unpack deliveries, and organize shelves.
✔ Product Displays: Arrange items attractively to catch customers’ attention.
✔ Promotion Setup: Create eye-catching displays for seasonal promotions.
✔ Record Keeping: Track stock levels and ensure all items are correctly priced.
✔ Store Maintenance: Keep your area clean, tidy, and uncluttered.
✔ Customer Assistance: Help customers find products and provide recommendations.
✔ Sales Support: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive promotions.

This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep the store looking great and running smoothly.

✅ Who Can Apply?

If you have previous experience in merchandising, sales, or customer service, this job is perfect for you!

🔎 Minimum Requirements:

✔ Matric Certificate (National Senior Certificate or equivalent).
✔ Experience in Merchandising, Sales, or Customer Service.
✔ Ability to work in stores within a 15km radius.
✔ Clear criminal record.
✔ Fluent in English.

🎯 Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus!):

✔ South African candidates preferred.
✔ Previous experience in merchandising or a similar role.
✔ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
✔ Ability to work well with different teams.
