✅ Handle Payments & Transactions – Ensure all sales and banking processes are followed correctly. Report any concerns to the Area Manager.
✅ Follow Store Policies – Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
✅ Stay Up to Date with Beauty Trends – Learn about new products, promotions, and beauty trends to better assist customers.
To be eligible for this job, you should have:
✔️ Matric, Grade 12, or Equivalent Certificate – This is the basic requirement.
✔️ Passion for Beauty & Customer Service – If you love cosmetics and enjoy helping people, you’re the perfect fit!
✔️ Good Communication Skills – You should be able to talk to customers easily and explain products in a friendly way.
✔️ Basic Computer Skills – You don’t need to be a tech genius, but knowing how to use email and Excel will help.
✔️ Ability to Stand for Long Hours – Retail jobs require being on your feet, so be prepared for that.
✔️ A Hands-On Attitude – Be ready to work hard and help wherever needed.
✔️ Calm & Friendly Personality – You might deal with busy shopping days, so staying cool under pressure is a plus!
✔️ Flexibility in Working Hours – Retail hours can vary, so be open to working weekends and holidays.
