Pindulo VDM Invites Applications for 2025 Truck Driver Learnerships. Don’t Miss This Chance – Apply Before It Closes!

Are you passionate about trucks, travel, and a future in logistics? Pindulo VDM, one of South Africa’s most respected transport companies, is now offering its Professional Truck Driver Learnership Programme for 2025/2026. This is your chance to get trained, get paid, and possibly land a full-time job once you’re done.

This learnership is perfect for young people aged 18–35 who want a career in truck driving and logistics. If you have a Code 14 driver’s license, a valid PrDP, and a real interest in becoming a top driver, this is your moment. You’ll get formal classroom training and real driving experience with large trucks, and even earn a nationally recognized qualification.

Let’s break it all down so you know exactly how to apply and what to expect.

What This Learnership Offers

The Pindulo Truck Driver Learnership gives you the chance to:

  • Earn a National Certificate in Professional Driving (NQF Level 3 or 4)
  • Possibly land a permanent job at Pindulo once you finish the programme

This is a great opportunity for anyone serious about starting a career in logistics, especially if you’ve been struggling to find work or are unsure how to start.

If you tick all the boxes, you’re one step closer to starting your trucking career.

What You’ll Do During the Programme

During the learnership, you’ll go through two main types of training:

  1. Theory Classes: These classroom sessions will teach you the rules of the road, how logistics works, how to deal with paperwork, and other important stuff every pro driver should know.
