Job Overview:

As an Assistant Store Manager at Power Fashion, you will be stepping into an exciting role that helps keep everything running smoothly when the Store Manager is away. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a difference in the retail world.

You’ll be responsible for many important tasks, from handling money to making sure the store looks great and runs efficiently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle the Money: You’ll be responsible for banking the store’s money and ensuring it’s managed securely.

Support the Store Manager: When the Store Manager is away, you will take charge and ensure the store is running smoothly.

Keep the Store Looking Great: You’ll maintain company standards for cleanliness and how products are displayed, so the store always looks its best.

Control Shrinkage: Help minimize losses by keeping an eye on stock and reducing any potential risks.

Staff Management: Assist the Store Manager in managing the store’s staff, ensuring everyone is working well together and in the right roles.

Front-End Control: Oversee the front-end operations to ensure all procedures are followed.

Cash Office Oversight: Make sure the cash office is running securely and efficiently.

Drive Sales: Introduce creative ideas and sales initiatives that can help the store reach its targets and perform better each month.

What You Need to Succeed:

Education: You’ll need to have completed Matric / Grade 12. If you’ve studied Mathematics or have an NQF Level 4 qualification, that’s a big advantage.
