Job Overview

Power Fashion is seeking a Supervisor to support store management in daily operations to ensure that store objectives, targets, and customer service standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 (or NQF Level 4) is required.
• 1-2 years of retail experience (supervisory experience is an advantage).
• Skills in sales and service management.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.

• Excellent planning skills to maintain store productivity.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on customer service.
• Ethical, honest, and proactive with great integrity.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience Management:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Team Management:
Supervise, motivate, and guide store employees to enhance their productivity and overall performance.

Stock Management:
Oversee stock levels and ensure that products are adequately stocked and displayed.

Risk Management:
Minimize risks by maintaining security and following store protocols.

Lay Buy Management:
Manage and oversee Lay Buy transactions and records efficiently.

Power Cell Controls:
Ensure the accurate handling and control of Power Cell activities within the store
