Job Overview

Power Fashion is seeking a Supervisor to support store management in daily operations to ensure that store objectives, targets, and customer service standards are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 (or NQF Level 4) is required.
1-2 years of retail experience (supervisory experience is an advantage).
Skills in sales and service management.
Computer literate with good communication skills.
Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.

Excellent planning skills to maintain store productivity.
Leadership qualities with a focus on customer service.
Ethical, honest, and proactive with great integrity.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
