Who Can Apply?

To be considered for this job, you need to:

• Have a 3-year tertiary qualification in Psychology or Industrial Psychology (NQF Level 6/7).
• Having an Honours Degree in these fields is a plus.
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Registered Counsellor or Psychometrist (Independent Practice) is also an advantage.

What Will You Do on the Job?

• Help with admin duties in the counselling office.
• Study the job market to understand what jobs are needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of workers.
• Work with different partners to make sure services are high-quality.
