Job Purpose: Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all recruitment activities at Rage’s Head Office. This is an important position that involves working directly with managers to identify hiring needs, finding the right candidates, and ensuring new employees are successfully onboarded.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Rage by making sure the company hires people who match its culture and goals.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Recruiter at Rage, you will take care of the full recruitment cycle, including:

  • Communicating with head office line managers to identify vacancies and understand hiring needs.
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screening CVs and applications to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews to check candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Preparing and summarizing candidate information for department heads to assist in decision-making.
  • Coordinating interview schedules between managers and shortlisted candidates.
  • Providing timely feedback to both candidates and managers.
  • Ensuring all positions are filled within agreed timelines.
  • Managing the onboarding process, including job offers, documentation, and induction.
  • Delivering a smooth and professional induction for new head office employees.
  • Maintaining an updated talent database with accurate recruitment records.
  • Providing weekly recruitment reports to the HR Manager.
  • Assisting with additional HR tasks and projects when needed.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be considered for the Recruiter role, you must have the following:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • One year or less of recruitment experience (perfect for early-career professionals).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
