What Does Rand Water Expect From You?

To succeed in this role, you need to have some important qualifications and skills, plus the right attitude:

• You must have a Grade 12 certificate (National Senior Certificate).
• At least 3 years’ experience driving in a similar role.
• A valid Code EB driver’s license and be able to pass Rand Water’s K53 driving test.
• You must hold a Public Driver’s Permit (PDP).
• Good knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act.
• Familiarity with road traffic laws and safety rules.
• Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
• Basic administrative skills for handling reports and records.
• Defensive driving skills to keep yourself and others safe on the road.
