📝 What You Need to Qualify

✅ Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
✅ License: Valid Code 10 Driver’s License + Valid PDP
✅ Experience:
✔ At least 3 years of driving experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment
✔ Experience in cash sales and deliveries to retail and trading stores
✅ Skills:
✔ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
✔ Basic numeracy skills
✔ Customer-focused with great sales abilities

🚨 Important: You must be available for weekend and public holiday shifts and willing to work overtime when needed.

📌 Key Responsibilities

🚚 Driving & Vehicle Duties

🔹 Ensure your vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times
🔹 Perform daily vehicle safety checks and report any issues
🔹 Adhere to all road safety rules to protect yourself and others
🔹 Report accidents, theft, or damages immediately
🔹 Make sure the driver’s compartment is clean and safe

📦 Stock & Loading Duties

🔹 Verify stock before leaving to ensure it matches the order
🔹 Count and sign off on the number of crates loaded
🔹 Check stock quality and report any issues before delivery
🔹 Ensure the vehicle is loaded safely to prevent damage or accidents
🔹 Help with loading and unloading when necessary

🛒 Sales & Customer Service

🔹 Provide excellent customer service and be friendly, helpful, and professional
🔹 Increase sales by promoting products and gaining new customers
🔹 Report any lost customers or potential sales opportunities to management
🔹 Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally
🔹 Implement sales promotions as required

📬 Delivery & Order Management

🔹 Ensure customers receive the correct stock according to their order
🔹 If stock runs out, make alternative arrangements for replenishment
🔹 Return all empty crates to RCL Foods premises daily
🔹 Transport materials, equipment, and personnel when needed

💰 Handling Cash & Transactions

🔹 Secure all cash, stock, and paperwork in the vehicle safe
🔹 Deposit cash immediately to minimize risk
🔹 Be vigilant against fraud and counterfeit notes
🔹 Complete all necessary documentation accurately, including:
✔ Invoices & delivery notes
✔ Vehicle log sheets & petrol slips
✔ Cash-up reports

🚨 Important: Any shortages must be investigated and reported within 24 hours.
