Who Can Apply?

You must meet the following to be eligible for this amazing opportunity:

Have Grade 12 (Matric)
Not be studying or involved in another programme
Be ready to start on 01 August 2025
Live in Gauteng, Free State, or Eastern Cape
Be okay working retail hours (weekends and public holidays included)
Be able to travel to and from the store where you’ll be placed
Be fully committed to completing the entire 12-month learnership

What Will You Do as a Retail Learner?

During the programme, you’ll be guided by skilled mentors and learn by doing! You’ll:

Help customers and offer friendly, helpful service
Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle payments
Assist with stocking shelves, inventory, and display setups
Keep the store clean and well-organized
Learn how to follow retail procedures and company rules
Join in team activities and become part of a positive, supportive environment
Complete learning modules to build your skills and gain a qualification
