🧰 About the Role: Retail Shop Assistant

As a Retail Shop Assistant, your main job is to make sure customers are happy, shelves are full, and everything in the store runs smoothly. You’ll get the chance to learn about a wide variety of tools and machinery, how to assist customers, and even help put together or take apart equipment for display.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Helping customers in the store
• Selling products and explaining how they work
• Stock control – making sure the shelves are full
• Merchandising – keeping the store looking great
• Assembling and disassembling products for the display area
• Stock taking and assisting with general shop duties
• Following all store procedures

✅ Minimum Requirements

To apply for this role, you must:

• Have a Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Be available Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00) and Saturdays (08:00–13:00)
• Be able to work well with people and handle customer service confidently
• Have a positive, go-getter attitude
