📞 Job Title: Contact Centre Agent (X38 Posts)

  • Location: Central Operations Centre, 36 Assegai Wood Road, Centurion, Gauteng
  • Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Start Date: As soon as possible

✅ Minimum Requirements

To qualify for one of the 38 posts, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Qualification:
    • NQF Level 5 Certificate in Contact Centre or Customer Service
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years working in a call centre environment

🌟 Bonus Skills (Not required but helpful)

If you have any of the following, it will boost your application:

  • CRM System Knowledge – e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc.
  • Experience with telephony platforms like SMARTZ or Avaya
