What You Will Do as a Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Sneaker Factory, making sure every customer leaves happy with the right products. Your job is not just selling sneakers and apparel but also giving customers an awesome experience that keeps them coming back.

Your main tasks include:

• Representing the brand by giving friendly and helpful service
• Exceeding customer expectations by understanding their needs and offering the best solutions
• Keeping track of sales targets and working hard to beat them
• Selling a wide range of products and staying updated on décor and fashion trends
• Always looking for chances to make extra sales during the day
• Helping to restock items so the store looks great and is ready for shoppers anytime

Required Skills and Qualifications

To do well in this role, you need:

• At least a Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
• A strong passion for working with people
• Being target-driven and focusing on giving great customer experiences
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy times
• Working well on your own and taking initiative when needed
• Paying close attention to details in your work

You should naturally build strong customer loyalty, be good at handling customer challenges, and know how to negotiate and close sales.
