About the Role – What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in the success of our store by providing excellent service and achieving sales goals. Here’s what your typical day might look like:

Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, provide product recommendations, and assist with purchases.
Sales Targets: Drive sales through cold calling, store visits, and effective negotiation.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with store managers and customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Order Management: Place accurate orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure all account forms are completed and submitted.
Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly reports based on customer interactions and sales performance.
Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints, queries, and requests to ensure quick and effective resolution.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A Matric certificate (or equivalent).
Sales experience, with at least 6 months in a similar role.
Fluency in English.
A clear criminal record.
Reside within 15km of the job location.
Smartphone ownership with sufficient storage capacity and a Vodacom SIM card.
