What Does the Job Involve?

As an Invoice Administrator, you’ll handle a variety of important tasks that keep Sasol’s financial systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure costs align with service agreements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Verify and adjust balances in Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt (GRIR) accounts.
  • Resolving Issues: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
  • Payment Schedules: Collaborate with transport controllers to gather necessary documents for timely payments.
  • Supplier Records: Maintain up-to-date records and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Monthly Reporting: Prepare reports for monthly accruals and provide data for audit reviews.
  • Logistical Oversight: Stay informed about logistical activities to align financial processes.
  • System Maintenance: Execute intercompany accounting transactions and close accounts on time.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and control costs.
