What the Job Involves

The General Assistant will play an important role in the daily operations of the retail branch. This position requires someone who is strong, reliable, and ready to help wherever needed.

Your duties will include:

General Housekeeping: Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Operational and Physical Labour: Assisting with loading, unloading, and moving heavy items as required.
Risk Management Support: Reporting hazards, following safety rules, and helping to reduce risks in the workplace.
Customer Service Support: Helping customers and ensuring they receive friendly and efficient service.
Compliance with Safety Standards: Following all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
