🧾 Job Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

This role is all about supporting the team with admin work, keeping the office organized, and making sure things run smoothly. You’ll be dealing with files, typing up reports, handling deliveries, talking to clients, and managing documents.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Typing documents and making changes when needed
  • Filing papers and keeping admin records in order
  • Handling material issues and issuing certificates
  • Posting and tracking payments (especially debtors)
  • Working with Excel spreadsheets and keeping them up to date
  • Accepting and managing deliveries and couriers
  • Storing documents and materials safely and neatly
  • Talking with project managers, technicians, and clients to answer admin questions
  • Sending daily reports to clients
  • Communicating well with client reps on-site and over email

🎓 Education & Qualifications

  • You must have a Diploma in Office Administration, Office Management, or Public Administration – this is compulsory!
  • Must be computer literate – especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email (you’ll use these daily)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Clear understanding of admin procedures and office tools

🧠 Experience

  • You need at least 1 year of admin experience – this can be from a previous job, internship, or volunteer work
