What You Need to Qualify

To be considered for this internship, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a Diploma (NQF Level 6 or higher) in Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Must not be part of any other SETA-funded program.
• Have 0 to 1 year of working experience in marketing or digital-related roles.
• Know a bit about e-commerce platforms and managing social media.
• Be good at talking and working with others (communication and negotiation skills).
• Be organised, manage time well, and be comfortable doing admin work.
• Have some experience with Google tools (like Google Docs and Sheets), digital ads, or platforms like Shopify (this is a bonus, not a must).

What You’ll Be Doing

E-Commerce and Website Support

• Upload product pictures and details to the website.
• Update monthly campaigns and help with visuals.
• Monitor online sales and assist in preparing sales reports.
• Support the team in improving how the online store runs.

Marketing Campaigns

• Help create and manage digital marketing campaigns (for example, on Google, YouTube, Instagram, emails, SMS).
• Assist in managing campaign budgets and making sure projects stay on track.
• Collect feedback and results from campaigns to see what worked best.

Community Engagement

• Check and reply to messages and comments from customers online using the right tone for the brand.
• Schedule posts, write short captions or messages, and help keep the community active and positive.

Content Planning

• Help plan and organise new content with the marketing team.

• Help the team give feedback and approvals on creative content.

Digital Tools and Projects
