💼 What You’ll Do:
As the HR Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll support the HR and Store Operations teams with a range of admin tasks to help build and maintain an efficient, people-first environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- 📢 Handle recruitment admin: post ads, arrange interviews, do reference checks
- 📋 Maintain recruitment records and respond to applicants
- 📊 Compile reports and analyze HR data for weekly/monthly reporting
- 💰 Process payroll documentation accurately and timeously
- 📥 Prepare HR documents, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- 🗂️ Organize internal meetings and functions
- 🤝 Liaise with suppliers and service providers
- 🧾 Provide day-to-day admin support to the HR Manager and broader team
🎓 What You Need to Apply:
- ✔️ A qualification in HR or 2-year admin qualification
- 🧾 2 years’ admin experience (HR experience = big plus!)
- 📘 Knowledge of HR laws and industrial relations
- 💡 Financial literacy and understanding of control principles
- 💬 Fluent in English (a second official language is an advantage)
